• What insurance companies does First Class accept?We accept any and all insurance companies, and will deal with them directly to help ease our customer's stress after an accident.
• Do I need to make an appointment to get an estimate?No appointment necessary for an estimate. Estimates can be generated on the spot and usually only take about 10-15 minutes to complete.
• About how long will repairs take?The length of time for repairs depends on the extent of damage. We have an excellent track record of providing excellent and time efficient service to our customers.
• Who pays the deductible?If a customer decides to use their insurance company to pay for repairs, then the customer may be responsible for a deductible payment to First Class Auto Body when the vehicle is completed. The amount of the deductible depends on the customer's personal insurance policy, and First Class encourages the customer to contact their insurance provider in the event of a claim to find out specific details and deductible amounts.
